We accept only PayPal, since it’s the most convenient and reliable method of payment. It also allows us to accept credit card payments, if you do not have your own PayPal account.

We work on terms 50% payment upfront, 50% in the end of the project. It’s a good compromise. You still can pay a full amount in advance though, if you like.

Usually, we make as many revisions as necessary. The most important thing for us is a satisfied customer. However, we make only small adjustments (change some letters, remove or add some details, etc.) 

An emblem is a simplified logo, which usually consists of an abbreviation of the band name or a graphic symbol. They are more simple and memorable, than logos with full names, and can serve for various purposes. For example, you can use it for printing on T-shirts, caps, stickers, and other merchandise. They can also be used for branding purposes, for example on banners, stage scrims and bass drum stickers. See examples in our portfolio to better understand how they look like.

We do not provide project files. As an exception, we can provide you with a PSD file where the album art and logo / title are made in separate layers, so you can change their position.

We usually create all cover arts in a raster format, not a vector one. They have a limited resolution, which is not enough to print in such a large size. If you plan to use your album art for printing in a large size, you should discuss this in advance. For example, we can develop a vector artwork that could be printed in any size without loss of quality. However, we develop such artworks in a different, simpler style. You can ask for examples of such works via email.

The final file will be available for you in vector format (.AI), which allows you to use your logo in any size without loss of quality. We will also provide a .PNG file with transparent background and textured based .JPG.
